Thank you all so much for pushing us to the final 22 hours, so get ready for surveys and more updates on production soon!
Since we're ending in a few hours, we wanted to highlight some other amazing games and content by Black creators that we are interested in and we think you would be too!
Chris Spivey's Haunted West is a tabletop RPG that's available for pre-order! Here's the description:
The Old West—The Wild West, The American Frontier—is one of the world’s most familiar modern myths. The time was draped in ruggedness; there was an idealized dream of freedom, and a notion that just one person could shape the world. That myth belongs to all of us. Yet so many stories of truth, justice, and the American Way have been stolen, erased, and never recorded. Haunted West is a game about hope through struggle. It is a game that pieces together the stories of the largely forgotten people of the Old West, the people who have been whitewashed by history. Discover the American experience in the Weird West.
Whitney Delaglio's Prism is a wonderful aquatic-themed tabletop RPG that you can purchase here. Here's the description:
Prism is an aquatic roleplaying game about conflict resolution and relationships. There are six realms in the game with their own code of ethics, culture, and deity.
Jchon Bahl II's Crazy Uncle Charlie is fun spatial puzzle game. It's also in a ProtoATL contest for the Game Crafter and votes are appreciated! https://www.thegamecrafter.com/contests/protoatl-2020-contest?fbclid=IwAR3I5MMMgEffXSPC2gk8HL1fmnyTnLYUcmS_bPub8c_3cKzptkWXvoWAT6w Here's the description:
In Crazy Uncle Charlie, players will assume the role of cousins who are pitted against each other in another one of Crazy Uncle Charlie’s games. During the game, players will take turns placing or tucking cards to a personal tableau to form polyomino shapes for various scoring opportunities.
A Narrative Designer and Writer who we really respect is Jordan Jones-Brewster who has a Kickstarter up right now for a video game called We Should Talk. Jordan is also working on a video game adaptation of the hit HBO series Insecure, entitled Insecure: The Come Up Game, as well as a project with Deep Silver Volition. You can find Jordan's website here: https://jordanjonesbrewster.com/
